Members of Associate Prof. Tagane’s Team Visited the NEF Office (2026.03.13)
On March 12, 2026, a total of nine visitors came to the NEF office: Associate Professor Dr. Shuichiro Tagane of Kagoshima University, seven collaborative researchers from Laos and Vietnam, and one doctoral student from Kagoshima University. They brought printed materials, including a plant guidebook presenting the results of their research to date. An active exchange of views also took place regarding future initiatives and projects.

Motokawa Team Conducts Field Survey in Vietnam (2026.01.30)
The team led by Prof. Masaharu Motokawa of Kyoto University conducted a field survey in Vietnam from November 20 to December 6, 2025. Details of the survey are available in Project Updates of Species diversity of terrestrial vertebrates in the mountains of Indochina.
Research by the Suzuki Team Featured in a Bangladeshi Online News (2026.01.27)
Research conducted by a team led by Dr. Ai Suzuki, Assistant Professor at Ritsumeikan University, was featured in an online news article in Bangladesh.
